Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 2026
Firebrand Analytics LLC ("Firebrand", "we", "us") operates the FireFoundry platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website and platform services.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information. When you request beta access or create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and role. This information is used to provision your account and communicate with you about the platform.
Usage Data. We collect aggregated, anonymized usage metrics about how the platform is used -- such as API call volumes, feature adoption, and error rates. These metrics help us improve the platform and do not include the content of your AI agent interactions.
Support Communications. When you contact us for support, we retain the content of those communications to resolve your issue and improve our documentation.
2. Your Data Stays Yours
FireFoundry is a self-hosted platform deployed in your infrastructure. Your agent data, entity graph contents, working memory files, conversation histories, and AI model interactions remain in your environment. We do not have access to your application data unless you explicitly grant it for support purposes.
Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK). FireFoundry does not provide AI models. You supply your own API keys for LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). Your API keys are stored encrypted within your deployment and are never transmitted to Firebrand.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the FireFoundry platform
- Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests
- Understand aggregate usage patterns to guide product development
- Detect and prevent security issues or abuse
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to train AI models.
4. Data Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: We use a limited number of service providers (e.g., email delivery, cloud infrastructure) that process data on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect your information.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security assessments. For details about our security practices, see our Security page.
6. Data Retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you close your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., resolving disputes, enforcing agreements).
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of non-essential communications
To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
8. Cookies
Our marketing website uses minimal cookies for basic site functionality. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies. The FireFoundry platform itself does not set cookies on end-user browsers -- it operates as a backend infrastructure service.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
